ffjl Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

"ffjl," "we," "us," "our" refers to the ffjl gaming platform, its operators, and affiliated entities operating under Philippine law and PAGCOR oversight.

"User," "you," "your," "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses ffjl services in any capacity.

"Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User upon registration with ffjl, through which all transactions, gaming activities, and communications are conducted.

"Services" encompasses all gaming products, features, functionalities, and ancillary services provided by ffjl, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, specialty games, payment processing, customer support, and promotional offerings.

"Platform" refers to the ffjl website accessible at https://ffjl.cam and any mobile applications, software, or alternative access methods provided by ffjl.

"PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.

"Real Money" refers to actual currency (Philippine Peso or other accepted currencies) deposited, wagered, won, or withdrawn through the Platform, as distinguished from bonus credits, promotional funds, or virtual currencies.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To create an ffjl Account and use our Services, you must satisfy all of the following criteria without exception:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age as mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming activities.
• You must be a legal resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of Services.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law, including being of sound mind and not subject to any legal disability or court order preventing such contractual agreements.
• Online gaming must be legal in your specific jurisdiction of residence or physical presence within the Philippines, and you must not be subject to any local restrictions prohibiting such activities.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, gambling prohibition list, or banned persons database maintained by PAGCOR, ffjl, or any other Philippine gaming authority.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

Registration for an ffjl Account requires providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile telephone number. You may maintain only one (1) Account with ffjl. Creation of multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

ffjl implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You must provide government-issued identification documents (such as Driver's License, Passport, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID) and complete identity verification before being granted full Account access, particularly withdrawal privileges. Failure to complete KYC verification within requested timeframes may result in Account restrictions or closure.

2.3 Account Security Obligations

You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including username and password. You must not share, disclose, or permit third-party access to your Account under any circumstances. Any activities conducted through your Account are deemed to be authorized by you, and you accept full liability for all transactions, wagers, and communications originating from your Account regardless of whether such activities were actually performed by you.

You agree to immediately notify ffjl customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, detect unusual account activity, or become aware of any security breach affecting your credentials. ffjl shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account use if such use occurred due to your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Requirements and Accepted Methods

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment sources, including but not limited to bank accounts, e-wallets, or credit cards not registered to you personally, are strictly prohibited. ffjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards as specified on the Platform at the time of transaction.

Minimum deposit amounts are specified during the deposit process and may vary by payment method. ffjl reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits for anti-money laundering compliance, responsible gaming purposes, or at our discretion. Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon successful processing, though timing may vary depending on payment provider processing speeds.

3.2 Withdrawal Policies and Procedures

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in your legal name and verified during KYC procedures. You must complete all applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions before withdrawal requests will be processed. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the Platform.

ffjl processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated for each payment method, typically 15-30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified Accounts. However, ffjl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks, fraud prevention screening, or compliance reviews which may delay withdrawal processing. Withdrawals may be subject to verification of Account identity, source of funds, and gaming activity patterns.

ffjl does not charge fees for standard withdrawals from verified Accounts. However, excessive withdrawal requests, unusually small withdrawal amounts, or withdrawals through certain payment providers may incur processing fees as specified during the withdrawal request process.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

ffjl maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with Philippine law and international best practices. You agree that ffjl may request documentation regarding the source of deposited funds, conduct enhanced due diligence for large transactions, monitor transaction patterns for suspicious activity, and report potentially illicit transactions to appropriate Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before becoming eligible for withdrawal, except where prohibited by law or where the deposit was made in error. This requirement prevents the Platform from being used for money laundering or as a money transfer service.

4. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

4.1 Game Integrity and Random Number Generators

All games offered on the ffjl Platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated under video surveillance. RNGs are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure statistical randomness and game fairness. However, all casino games carry a house edge, and long-term mathematical expectation favors the house regardless of short-term results.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by game providers and cannot be altered by ffjl. Actual gameplay results may deviate substantially from theoretical RTP over short sessions due to statistical variance. Historical RTP information is available in game information screens where provided by game manufacturers.

4.2 Prohibited Gaming Practices

The following activities constitute prohibited gaming practices and may result in Account suspension, wager voidance, balance confiscation, and permanent exclusion from ffjl Services:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence or machine learning systems to place wagers or make gaming decisions;
• Collusion with other players in multiplayer games including poker, bingo, or any games where players compete against each other rather than the house;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain unfair advantage or profit from known game malfunctions;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinated betting patterns designed to clear bonus wagering with minimal risk, or any strategy primarily intended to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash without genuine gaming activity;
• Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or location-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location;
• Fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, chargeback fraud, or any form of financial misrepresentation;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers, engage in arbitrage betting, or otherwise manipulate ffjl systems for guaranteed profit;
• Any other activity that ffjl reasonably determines to be inconsistent with fair play or the spirit of recreational gaming.

4.3 Game Malfunctions and Disputes

In the event of game malfunction, all affected wagers and payouts are void and will be refunded. If a game disconnects during play, your wagers remain valid and game results will be recorded based on server records. You may review completed game outcomes in your Account transaction history upon reconnection.

For live dealer games, decisions made by dealers are final unless clear video evidence demonstrates dealer error, in which case management review will determine appropriate resolution. For disputes arising from gaming activity, ffjl's decision based on server logs, game records, and available evidence shall be final and binding.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

5.1 Promotional Terms and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and special incentives provided by ffjl are subject to specific Terms & Conditions accompanying each promotion. These promotional terms supplement and do not replace these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict between general Terms and promotional terms, promotional terms shall prevail for matters specifically addressed therein.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount and/or deposit amount) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable balance. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type, with slots typically contributing 100% while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

5.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

ffjl reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, and confiscate associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms were violated, bonus abuse occurred, or gaming activity was inconsistent with the recreational intent of promotional offers. This includes but is not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to guarantee profit, irregular betting patterns indicating bonus manipulation, or any coordinated activity across multiple Accounts.

Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple promotions simultaneously or claiming promotions for which you are not eligible constitutes bonus abuse and grounds for forfeiture.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

ffjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity. You may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods through your Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately but will require a waiting period of 24-72 hours to take effect, ensuring decisions are not made impulsively.

6.2 Self-Exclusion Procedures

If you believe your gaming activity has become problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six (6) months or permanently. During self-exclusion, your Account will be deactivated, you will not receive promotional communications, and any attempts to create new Accounts will be blocked. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to customer support and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ffjl Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, images, text, game designs, user interface elements, and proprietary algorithms, are owned by or licensed to ffjl and protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any portion of the Platform without express written permission from ffjl. Unauthorized use of ffjl intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal penalties under Philippine law.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ffjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ffjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ffjl's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or use of Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱5,000), whichever is less.

The Platform and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ffjl does not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, nor does ffjl guarantee specific gaming outcomes or profitability.

9. Termination and Account Closure

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures after completion of any pending wagering requirements. Closure requests may take up to seven (7) business days to process.

9.2 Termination by ffjl

ffjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or participated in any conduct harmful to ffjl, other players, or the integrity of gaming operations. Upon termination for cause, ffjl may confiscate all Account balances and deny access to all Services.

ffjl may also terminate Accounts that remain inactive for extended periods (typically twelve months or more) after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ffjl Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting ffjl customer support with a detailed description of your complaint. ffjl will endeavor to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution fails, you agree that the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law, with arbitration proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

ffjl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notice on the Platform, email notification to registered addresses, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of Services following such notification constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. If you do not agree with amended Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of ffjl Services and close your Account.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ffjl regarding use of Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 No Waiver

ffjl's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized ffjl representative.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without ffjl's prior written consent. ffjl may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction, including assignment to affiliates or in connection with merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
